Main Street Martial Arts: Adult Programs! Adult Programs at Main Street Martial Arts are for adults (and serious teens 13 or older) who are looking for a supportive, challenging, and enjoyable training environment for overall self-defense and fitness, but serious in terms of quality best practices in martial arts at the same time. Main Street Martial Arts delivers serious traditional martial arts with a solid warm-up and an inviting and inspiring, yet challenging approach to the teaching methodology. We cover best practice fundamental martial arts principles, physical fitness and sports-based conditioning, and the real-world philosophical connections of the martial arts to everyday life. Definitely try some free classes so that you can see what we're about and how our programs will work for you. We absolutely encourage students who have never tried martial arts to give us a try. You will be well-supported to learn the basic strategic techniques in a cooperative environment, and have an equal opportunity to advance in level as you eventually set a goal of becoming a Black Belt. More advanced students who are looking for an enjoyable training environment and a great workout will also benefit from our programs and practices. Definitely stop in, try a class, and see what you think. Under the Recommended Programs menu on the left, navigate through the Adult Programs menu options. We recommend that you try some free classes in the programs that interest you and let us know what you think. We will be happy to meet with you at any time while you're trying some free classes to talk to you about membership options at Main Street Martial Arts. Just let us know! Contact Us to find out more about how to try some free martial arts or cultural arts classes in any of our programs at (401) 274-7672 or email to
