15: Aikido – Eastside will take a summer training recess. Please stay in touch with Carolyn Sempai and
Patrice Sempai who are organizing summer clean-up and building projects during
these two weeks. You can come in and
help out with the dojo in place of training, or take your summer training break
at this time. Please return to full time
and consistent training on July 16. See
you all then.

Street Martial Arts Dojo Summer Canoeing and Hiking trip to Hope Valley,
RI. We’ll be “Taking people out in the
woods and doing things with them.” – UMOC.
This will cost about $50.00 for renting a canoe and eating lunch. The hiking is free; wear boots; it’s
rocky. Bring water bottles, sun screen,
and insect repellent. Please email Werth Sensei if you plan to attend.
